Men's Titanium Ring

With the economy at one of it’s lowest lows people are saving their extra money and going without some luxury items these days.  So what is one to do when he or she would like a new piece of jewelry?  I recently went to one of those at home jewerly parties and found that you  can find some pretty jewelry pieces without spending a fortune.  There are alternative metals out there that look as pretty as gold and platinum but yet at a much lower price tag.  You may remember that some alloys, such as bronze and pewter, were no longer cared for due to the toxic properties of alloying agents, like lead, were found.  New blends and metalsmithing technologies have brought the “base” metals back into the arena of jewelry craftsmanship.

After the jewelry party I did some research and found that you can find nice alternative jewelry in actual jewelry stores as well.  You do not need a large budget to have nice jewelry.  You do have a choice!  Titanium is one of the newest leading metals out there that is strong, tarnish free, and 100% compatible with the human body.  If you have nickel allergies that do not allow you to wear silver this is the perfect alternative.   Some other alternatives are silver and stainless steel. Silver weighs about the same as 14k gold but is half the weight of platinum.  Stainless steel has a nice luster look and is very popular in body jewelry.  Like titanium, silver and stainless steel are another popular alternative for lower cost jewelry without sacrificing style or quality.
