November 10th was Country Music’s biggest night to shine where the 2010 CMA awards were announced in Nashville, TN. All of the super stars of country music and even some A-List Hollywood stars were on the red carpet. All the ladies were looking stunning in their gowns and the favorite jewelry accessory were their earrings! From dangling diamond earrings to big bold gemstone earrings were the jewelry of choice to compliment the gorgeous gowns.
Taylor Swift
For the gemstone earrings, the top honors go to Miranda Lambert (2010 female vocalist, song of the year, album of the year, and video of the year winner) wearing Amrapali carved ruby and colorless diamonds that pop against their blackened metal setting. Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland wore Kimberly McDonald agate-slice earrings.
Gwyneth Paltrow
And as for the diamond earrings favorites…this goes to the sweethearts of country music and hollywood, Taylor Swift and Gwyneth Paltrow. Taylor wore very elegant Neil Lane diamond dangle earrings. Gwyneth Paltrow, who had a big night with her debut at the CMA’s singing a song from her new film, Country Strong, wore long leaf-like earrings reportedly from S.J. Phillips.
