High School graduation is a big day in most people’s lives.  It is a momentous event that basically marks the turning point from childhood to adulthood.  I can remember being bombarded by a dichotomy of emotions, ranging from deep sadness at leaving my friends and family, to eager anticipation for the new beginning and independence of collegiate life.  Being from a small town where I knew everyone, I was showered with gifts.  Of course, every gift was special because they came from very special people, but I must admit there were some gifts of which I was especially appreciative.  I was very excited and proud about the university I was going to attend and several gifts depicted the University’s emblem, logo, or mascot.  To this day, I think collegiate gifts, such as jewelry, are a perfect gift for any high school graduate.  At this point in his/her life, a teen is eager to move away from childhood, and a gift that looks forward to the next step they are taking is ideal.  Almost every college or university offers officially licensed collegiate rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, watches, tie pins, and cuff links.  Collegiate jewelry will be a graduation gift that the graduate will actually use.

Mother’s Day is this Sunday.  Finding the perfect gift to show Mom how much she is loved and appreciated is always an easy task. Why?
