Religious Jewelry by Deborah Birdoes
Deborah Birdoes is an inspirational jewelry designer, not only in her style, but in her willingness to devote her talent to helping others. Birdoes started out her career working as an interior designer but evolved her creative bent into writing poetry and designing jewelry intended to bring others comfort and hope in times of strife as well as peace. At a difficult point in her own life, she drew comfort from her faith and from that inspirational moment, feel impelled to design jewelry that could bring ease to others. Each of Birdoes’ designs is focused on a unique blessing, such as grieving, hope, patriotism, journeys of life, and reflections of the heart, and is accompanied by one of Birdoes’ inspirational poems. Her intent is for the special meaning behind each piece to be unique to both the giver and the recipient at a special point in their lives. Birdoes donates her time and great spirit of giving to designing pieces for charities: the “Dare to Dream” rainbow pin for the Freshstart women’s crisis organization; a cross and pin for the Crisis Pregnancy Centers of Arizona; and a new design for the “Woman in Red” campaign for the American Heart Association. Birdoes’ religious jewelry makes a wonderful gift for those you love, whether it’s meant to inspire during a difficult time or serve as reminder of hope and faith for any occasion.
